Does anyone else prefer phone-based sign-ups for online services?
I agree that phone-based sign-ups have become much more common lately. A lot of online services now try to make registration faster and easier, especially for people who mainly use their phones. Using a phone number can be convenient because it is simple, familiar, and often easier to recover than an account based only on email. At the same time, I’d still pay attention to privacy, security settings, and how the service handles personal information. Fast access is useful, but it shouldn’t come at the cost of clear rules and proper account protection.

The evolution of online registration processes reflects a broader shift towards optimizing user experience for mobile devices. It makes sense that services would adapt to the way people primarily interact with the internet today. Streamlining the sign-up flow, especially for platforms where quick access is paramount, seems like a logical progression. It's a clear indication of how technology and user expectations continue to reshape digital interactions.
